MBPA Low-Pressure Injection Molding Material KYLOTE 8866/8866A
8866/8866A is an MBPA bio-based material designed for low-pressure injection molding. It is non-corrosive, non-toxic, and odorless, producing no harmful substances during use. Compliant with EU RoHS and REACH standards, and flame-retardant to UL94V-0 specifications. Its unique molecular structure allows injection molding at ultra-low pressures (1–40 bar), effectively preventing pressure-induced damage during the encapsulation of precision components such as integrated circuits. Curing occurs within seconds at room temperature, making it an ideal high-performance material for damage-free, efficient encapsulation processes.
