MBPA LPM Material KYLOTE 8863HD

8863HD is a bio-based MBPA material designed for low-pressure injection molding. It is non-corrosive, non-toxic, odorless, and produces no harmful substances during use, complying with EU RoHS and REACH standards and achieving UL94V-0 flame-retardant ratings. Its unique molecular structure enables molding at very low pressures (1 bar to 40 bar), effectively avoiding pressure-related damage during the encapsulation of precision devices like integrated circuits. It cures in seconds at room temperature, making it an ideal high-performance material for non-destructive and efficient encapsulation processes.
