MBPA LPM Material KYLOTE 8806LH/8806LHA
8806LH/8806LHA is a bio-based MBPA material designed for low-pressure molding processes. It is non-corrosive, non-toxic, and odorless, producing no harmful emissions during use. Compliant with EU RoHS and REACH standards, and meeting UL94V-0 flame-retardant requirements, its distinctive molecular structure allows molding at very low pressures (1 bar to 40 bar). This minimizes pressure-induced damage during the encapsulation of precision components such as integrated circuits. Curing occurs within seconds at room temperature, making it an ideal high-performance material for damage-free, highly efficient encapsulation processes.
